It is really an extraordinary Gaming Experience. I just received the chair a few days ago and it took me 2 days to assemble it. There were minor issues with the mounting of the monitors since the Vesa Mounts that are on the chair are not square, but round. (My Monitor Vesa Mounts are square, thats why I had to mount it using longer screws and distance keepers. The Comfort in this chair is absolutely amazing and the shipping was also absolutely no problem to Germany, Europe. (Customs here are very sharp). It looks amazing and is really comforting. Make sure that when your chair arrives, and you have to get it upstairs, that you have atleast 4 strong People to carry it, because it really weighs a lot. If you have the spare money and want to upgrade your gaming setup, then trust me, this is what you need.

I've had my R1 for about 1 year. It's allowed me to work thousands of extra hours in comfort. I am not able to sit in a conventional chair after back surgery, but this is a game changer for me, drastically increasing my productivity. Highly recommended.
